The explosion-proof enclosure design of the 900 * 700 steel plate welded explosion-proof junction box is based on the national standard GB3836-2010. The explosion-proof enclosure structure can be made into upper and lower explosion-proof chambers, and a single explosion-proof chamber can be made into a quick opening door structure. The explosion-proof enclosure can be customized according to customer drawing requirements, or the corresponding size can be provided. Our company will provide drawings to customers for confirmation of production. The number and size of explosion-proof outlet ports for the explosion-proof enclosure, explosion-proof buttons on the box cover plate, and the number of signal lights can be customized according to customer requirements. The observation window on the door cover can also be provided according to customer requirements.

5、 防爆原理

Under normal operating conditions, there will be no arc, spark or dangerous high temperature, and further protective measures will be taken in the structure to improve its safety and reliability. The cable entry device complies with Appendix D of GB3836.1-2010.

6Installation, wiring and precautions

6.1 When installing the junction box, check whether the explosion-proof mark on the junction box nameplate matches the installation environment.

6.2 Open the junction box, use a wrench to unscrew the compression nut of the cable entry device, firmly connect the cable to the terminal post (or terminal) in the junction box, then cover the junction box and tighten the screws at the four corners.

6.3 The grounding screw on the junction box must be reliably grounded with a grounding wire.

When the sealing ring inside the device ages and deteriorates, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

6.5 It is strictly prohibited to open the top cover of the junction box when it is live.

During maintenance, attention should be paid to tightening and introducing the rubber sealing ring into the device to avoid scratches or abrasions.

6.7 After the installation of the incoming (outgoing) line connection is completed, the upper cover should be tightened and the installation screws should be firm.

6.8 The minimum outer diameter of the cable used by the user is φ 14/φ 25.
