Overview
Haoxuan Dynamic High Speed Wet Transfer Tester Special Film Transfer Buffer Pre mixed Powder.
Product Details

The newly launched pre mixed powder of special film transfer liquid for Hao expansion wet transfer instrument has the following advantages:

Complete complete membrane transfer within 15-30 minutes, 4-6 times faster than traditional membrane transfer solutions, significantly reducing experimental time.

Excellent transfer efficiency is observed for proteins within the 10-250kDa range, and both large and small proteins can be efficiently transferred simultaneously.

Using ethanol instead of methanol in traditional membrane transfer solutions to prevent experimenters from coming into contact with toxic reagents and protect their health.

During the film transfer process, very little heat is generated, and it only needs to be stored at 4 ℃ without the need for an ice bath, simplifying experimental operations.

Reduce protein degradation and denaturation, improve the immune activity and detection sensitivity of proteins after membrane transfer.

• Professional formula, applicable to almost all common electrophoresis gel types such as preformed gel, Bis Tris gel, etc.

Good adhesion with PVDF membrane and nitrocellulose (NC) membrane ensures transfer efficiency.

The powder is stored at room temperature with a shelf life of up to 2 years and does not require refrigeration, saving storage space.

Only 100ML of single adhesive is used, and the transfer solution can be recycled 2-3 times, reducing experimental costs and improving resource utilization.
