Wet spinning machineApplicable toSpinning of viscose fibers, acrylic fibers, and vinylon fibers. The main feature is that the polymer solution is extruded from the spinning nozzle and solidified into primary fibers in the solidification tank. The spinning speed is relatively low, usually below 100 meters per minute, and the high-speed spinning speed can reach about 200 meters per minute. It is divided into two types: short fiber and long fiber.

① Short fiber spinning machine: The spinning solution is introduced from the infusion tube, accurately measured by a metering pump, filtered through a filter and enters the spinning head. A fine stream is extruded from the spinning hole and enters the coagulation bath. After coagulation, the primary fibers are gathered into bundles through a guide disc and then washed or stretched. The characteristic of short fiber spinning machine is that there are many holes in the nozzle cap (plate) of the spinning head, usually 3000 to tens of thousands of holes.
② Long filament spinning machine: Different from short fiber spinning machine, it adds a winding mechanism for the solidified filament. After being washed with water from the coagulation bath, the silk strands pass through a guide wire disc and enter a high-speed rotating centrifuge tank through a guide wire funnel that moves back and forth up and down. This type of spinning machine is called a centrifugal tank spinning machine; If the filament is wound onto a tube through a guide disc, it is called a tube spinning machine; If there are some post-processing steps before winding, it is called a semi continuous spinning machine; If all spinning and post-processing processes are completed continuously on a spinning machine, it is called a continuous spinning machine. The production of adhesive cord often uses continuous spinning machines. The spinneret used for spinning long fibers generally has less than 150 holes, while the number of holes for spinning curtain fibers can be as high as 3000 holes.
