This machine is a horizontal trough shaped single slurry mixer, mainly used for the uniform mixing of dry or wet powders with different ratios in the laboratory, and does not produce melting, volatilization or deterioration of materials during the mixing process.
This machine is also suitable for small batch mixing of different main and auxiliary materials in industrial sectors such as chemical, food, etc. It is not suitable for mixing semi-solid, liquid, or materials with high viscosity.

structural characteristics
The trough mixer is a complete machine base with a flexible and balanced transmission system. The mixing slurry and the workpieces in contact with the materials are made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and can maintain the quality of the mixed materials without pollution or discoloration.
The transmission mechanism mainly adopts worm gear and worm gear direct transmission, with no excessive noise during use and sufficient oil storage, which can obtain good lubrication and improve the service life of the machine.
There are spiral blades on the slurry shaft in the U-shaped hopper, which drive the material to flow in a complex manner and achieve good mixing effect.
