Wet oil mist purification tower

The wet oil mist purification tower utilizes the theory of gas-liquid mass transfer. During the process of exhaust gas passing through the tower, a series of irreversible chemical reactions such as sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, and oil mist particles react with the absorption liquid to generate new salt substances and physically capture the oil mist particles into the circulating liquid, achieving the purpose of purification. The wet oil mist purification tower innovatively developed by our company is based on certain improvements on the original foundation. On the basis of precise calculations, numerical simulation methods are introduced. At the inlet of the tower, the exhaust gas to be purified is rushed into the tower at a certain speed, and the impact port is close to the liquid surface. When impacted, a large number of liquid droplets are stirred up, and the generated droplets mix violently with the rising airflow, and then rise together with the airflow to play a preliminary purification role.
