The SMP series wet coal crusher is mainly composed of a machine body, a rotor system, a swinging hammer, a movable sieve system, a transmission device, and a feeding part. The main components are installed on the machine body, and during operation, materials are gathered in the cavity for high-speed continuous splitting by the hammer head to achieve the purpose of crushing. The rotor system consists of a main shaft, a disc, a hammer head, etc. It is the main mechanism for crushing materials. When the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed through the pulley, the hammer head mounted on the rotor generates strong splitting force. When the material enters the crushing chamber through the feeding port, it is crushed by the hammer head to achieve the purpose of crushing.

Before entering the crushing chamber, materials with a certain degree of humidity first enter the active sieve plate system for primary screening. Wet fine materials and small particles are screened and directly enter the receiving bin, while large-sized materials enter the crushing chamber and are crushed before falling into the receiving bin through the grate plate. The productivity is directly proportional to the particle size of the discharged material.
