The Supermini200 wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence analyzer for ultra-low sulfur, chlorine, silicon, and lead is a new generation of X-ray fluorescence analyzer, and its analysis method complies with GB/T11140, SH/T 6083, and ASTM 5059. On the basis of traditional single wavelength detection of single elements, this technology adds crystal grating spectroscopy technology to the X-ray source system, and upgrades the X-ray tube to 200W, successfully reducing the complex background of X-ray fluorescence analysis technology and enabling simultaneous detection of four important elements in petrochemical industry products: total sulfur, total chlorine, total silicon, and total lead. The Supermini200, utilizing the above technology, has directly lowered the detection limit from 2ppm for traditional single wavelength detection of single elements to 0.15ppm. This analyzer can achieve the analysis accuracy of UV fluorescence and microcoulometry, while maintaining the simplicity and low maintenance of the X-ray fluorescence analyzer system for liquid analysis.
