NEX OL adopts the third-generation energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) technology, representing the next development in elemental analysis for liquid flow applications. NEX OL is designed for process metrology solutions ranging from heavy industry to food grade, and can be configured for both classified and non classified fields.
Real time process control through elemental analysis
Measure the element aluminum to uranium
From ppm level to weight percentage (wt%)
Powerful NEX QC+optical system using SDD detector
Industrial touch screen user interface
Simple experience calibration and routine operation
Daily maintenance without tools
Multiple remote analysis heads (non confidential)
No dangerous radioactive isotopes
The Rigaku NEX OL process analyzer adopts a flow cell design and EDXRF technology, which can perform online multi-element analysis of aluminum to uranium in liquid streams. It serves a wide range of process control applications, from heavy industry to food grade process measurement solutions. NEX OL can be configured for both classified and unclassified areas, with simple calibration and routine operations, standard communication protocols, and an intuitive industrial touchscreen user interface.
In order to obtain the tablemoreThe analysis performance and reliability of EDXRF measuring head components come from the renowned NEX QC+high-resolution desktop instrument. This mature technology, combined with 50 kV X-ray tubes, silicon drift detectors (SDD), and standardized optimized tubular filter kits, makes NEX OL highly suitable for many process control applications. In addition to analyzing liquid flow, NEX OL also serves coil or coil applications, capable of conducting multi-element composition analysis to determine coating thickness.
NEX OL aims to address a wide range of process control applications. Some of the most common applications include:
Polyethylene/PET manufacturing: TPA and PTA catalysts
Metal surface treatment: electroplating, acid washing, and pretreatment bath
Mining: solvent extraction
Chemicals: Mixed additives and resins
Paper and plastic: anti stick/barrier coatings, flame retardants, UV stabilizers
Weaving and non-woven fabrics: flame retardants, UV stabilizers
Metal: Conversion coating, other surface coatings
Petroleum: Lubricant Additives and Mixtures
Pulp and paper: process water
Industry: Wastewater
