1Instrument dimensions and installation principle

2Instrument installation method
In an open environment, bracket installation is generally used, and the instrument is fixed with its own flange or nut. Cut a slightly larger diameter than the probe at the installation position of the pool or tank(60mm)Insert the instrument into the circular hole and tighten the flange or nut from bottom to top. Installation must ensure that the probe surface of the instrument is level with the measured liquid level.
Parameter Settings
Ⅰ Liquid level calibration(P01)(Note: The instrument panel has now hidden this menu. This function is provided byP04Menu Implementation
After the instrument is installed and powered on, the liquid level value will be displayed on the LCD, but this data often does not match the actual liquid level, so liquid level calibration is required. as long asP04Once the menu is set, the liquid level calibration will be automatically performed(Liquid level valueH)And distance calibration(spacing valueL).

P04The menu is for setting the installation height of the probe, which must be a true and valid value. After setting the effective installation height value, it will be automatically calibratedHandLvalue(namely:Liquid level value and spatial distance).
Ⅴ Reaction speed setting(P05)
P05The menu can change the instrument response speed. The faster the liquid level changes, the faster the corresponding instrument response speed is required. This instrument has4Medium mode available for selection:00 The fastest response speed;01 Faster response speed;02 Medium speed response speed;03 Slow response speed.
Press the ▲ key to select the desired mode and then pressOKConfirm with the key.
[Attention]The faster the response speed of the instrument, the greater the fluctuation of the displayed data; On the contrary, the slower the response speed of the instrument, the more stable the displayed data. If the liquid level does not change very quickly, there is generally no need to modify the factory settings.
Ⅵ Blind spot setting(P06)
The blind spot of the instrument can be changed to adapt to some complex working conditions on site. For example, it is possible to avoid the influence of nearby protrusions on the instrument. In general, there is no need to modify the factory settings.
Ⅶ IDNumber setting(P07)(Note: Only the four wire system has this function!)
When used for communication, especially for multi machine communication, the default is01.
Ⅷ Relay output setting (note: only four wire system has this function!)
The instrument is equipped with two relays, namelyH(upper limit),L(lower limit). PressSETKey, password interface appears:“0000”Press the [▲] key to change one digit of di to3, press【OK】Press the key to enter the relay parameter setting menu interface.
Each set of relays has two parameters corresponding to it, namely the control value and the hysteresis value.H(upper limit)Relay is determined by menu parametersH(Control value) anddH(Return difference value) control;L(lower limit)Relay is determined by menu parametersL(Control value) anddL(Return difference value) control.
For high point relays(H)When the measured value changes from small to large and exceeds the control value(H)When the relay is closed; When the measured value is less than the difference between the control value and the return value(H-dH)The relay is disconnected.
For low point relays(L)When the measured value changes from large to small and is less than the control value(L)When the relay is closed; When the measured value is greater than the control value plus the difference value(L+dL)The relay is disconnected.
