The production process of water-soluble fertilizer is almost the same as that of ordinary BB fertilizer, but there are fundamental differences in the properties of the raw materials. Most of the raw materials for BB fertilizer are granular, while the raw materials for water-soluble fertilizer are powdery. Compared with granular materials, powdery materials have poor fluidity and are prone to bridging and other phenomena. Therefore, ordinary equipment for producing BB fertilizer is basically unable to handle the work of producing water-soluble fertilizer.
