3、 Structural principle
1. Variable speed feeding mechanism: composed of a variable speed electric motor, belt drive, screw shaft, and feeding nozzle. The feeding nozzle has a suction port, and the variable speed electric motor is controlled by an electrical box to add materials from the silo to the packaging bag through the screw.
2. Weighing rack:
The weighing rack is connected to the sensor to transmit the weight signal of the material to the electrical box, which controls the operation of the entire machine. The lifting cylinder on the weighing rack hooks the corner of the packaging bag.
3. Electrical box
The external signals and sensor signals are transmitted to the electrical box, which controls the start, stop, speed, and cylinder lifting of the feeding motor through a programmed system.
4、 Working process
Place the ton packaging bag on the feeding nozzle, hang the four corners of the packaging bag on the cylinder, press the "allow to add" button, and the bag pressing cylinder will start working and press the bag mouth. The cylinder will stretch the four corners of the packaging bag open, and the controller will automatically remove the weight of the packaging bag. The spiral rotation will quickly pour the material into the bag, and the vibration table will start to vibrate and compact the material. The dust that overflows with the air in the bag will be sucked away by the dust collector through the vacuum cleaner. When the feeding speed reaches the set value, the spiral speed will slow down and the vibration will stop. When it reaches the set value, the feeding will stop. The error is less than 0.3%. At this point, the bag pressing cylinder releases the bag opening, the cylinder releases the four corners of the packaging bag, and the forklift sends out the packaging bag.
Note: The above process is an automatic feeding process. The working process can also be changed to a manual feeding process. Simply place the "automatic/manual" button in manual mode, press the "bag pressing (lifting)" button to press the bag opening tightly, press the "manual fast feeding" button to quickly feed, press the "manual slow feeding" button to slowly feed when approaching the set value, and press the "stop" button when reaching the set value to end the feeding process.
