1. Principle:

The BF-20W water-cooled sample crusher is the model with the largest crushing capacity in the BF series water-cooled crusher. The single machine crushing capacity can reach 1000g, and the water-cooled jacket capacity can reach 420ml. The larger crushing capacity and water-cooled jacket make the crushing speed and cooling effect of the machine better. This machine can use newly added water-cooled jackets to cool down the crushing bin and raw materials using circulating water or chillers, as well as liquid nitrogen, achieving a relatively good low-temperature crushing effect. This machine has a wide range of application prospects in the crushing of thermosensitive raw materials and low-temperature crushing requirements. The low-temperature crushing effect has been significantly improved through multiple multi material tests.

Water cooled high-speed crusherIt is a commonly used laboratory equipment that uses high-speed rotation and impact of crusher blades to achieve general crushing of dry materials.
