Overview

The liquid nitrogen pulverizer YDF-81 consists of several parts, including the pulverizer host, feeding part, control system, and box panel. The raw materials are fed into the pulverizer by a screw feeder, and liquid nitrogen enters the pulverizer through a liquid nitrogen pump. The raw materials cooled by liquid nitrogen are crushed by the high-speed rotating blades in the pulverizer chamber. The high-speed rotating blades generate a cyclone, which uses the flow of the cyclone to bring the crushed raw materials and vaporized liquid nitrogen into the aggregate tank through the fineness control structure inside the machine. The fine powder is collected by the aggregate bag, and the vaporized liquid nitrogen is discharged along with air and collected through a cyclone separator.

Introduction:

Liquid nitrogen pulverizerYDF-81 (vibration feeding model) is a new model improved by our company on the basis of the old liquid nitrogen low-temperature crusher. The new model adopts an independent vibration feeding method and retains the manual feeding function, which facilitates batch processing of raw materials while making the feeding speed more uniform and controllable. The discharge port has been upgraded to be adjustable, thus achieving the function of adjusting the discharge fineness within a certain range. The crushing host of the machine uses high-speed impact of the blade group and airflow vortex to achieve ultrafine crushing of raw materials. Liquid nitrogen enters the crusher through a liquid nitrogen pump and pipeline in the liquid nitrogen tank, achieving real-time, continuous and direct freezing of the raw materials and cooling of the crushing chamber. Due to the freezing of liquid nitrogen, the raw materials become brittle, thereby achieving the crushing of tough and heat sensitive raw materials such as plastic, polymer, rubber, elastomers, etc. The liquid nitrogen input adopts a spherical valve with a dial, and the liquid nitrogen output is quantified, which is convenient for users to use. The low-temperature resistant polytetrafluoroethylene rubber sealing ring has greatly improved the fracture situation of the sealing ring, greatly improving the smoothness of customer use and further reducing the cost of consumables.

1. Structural principle:

2. Application:

The small liquid nitrogen low-temperature crusher YDF-81 can achieve good crushing effects on plastics, rubber, polymer materials, household waste, elastomers, polymers, thermosensitive raw materials, tough raw materials, etc. Common crushed materials include plastic materials such as PE, PP, PET, PS, PBS, TPU, polyethylene, polylactic acid, modified plastic products, plastic tracks, plastic films, biodegradable tableware, beverage and mineral water bottles, paraffin wax, fruits, food, and so on. This machine can be used continuously and can handle small batches of samples and medium trials, with a minimum crushing capacity of about 10g. It also meets the requirements of customers for crushing and testing small amounts of samples. Compared with similar crushers and grinders, this machine has obvious advantages in terms of effectiveness and cost-effectiveness in crushing plastic raw materials and thermosensitive materials. 3. Characteristics:

1. Integrated design, integrating the crusher host, collection part, feeding mechanism, liquid nitrogen connection part, and electric control panel into one. The chassis is made of full 304 stainless steel plate, which is beautiful, elegant, and easy to use.

2. The new host has added a fineness adjustment function to meet the different discharge requirements of more raw materials. The newly designed riser feeding method ensures smoother liquid nitrogen input, improves cooling efficiency, and effectively eliminates material bouncing problems.

3. The liquid nitrogen input is flexible and versatile, and the electric liquid nitrogen pump meets the different requirements of small sample crushing and batch processing. The introduction of an intelligent liquid nitrogen pump provides customers with a higher configuration, more convenient and accurate liquid nitrogen input method.

3. The main machine of the crusher is continuously improved based on the technology of Taiwan, China, China. The structure of non screen air separation improves the uniformity on the premise of ensuring the fineness of crushing. It can continuously feed and discharge materials. The operating voltage and current of the main machine are displayed digitally, which is intuitive and convenient.

4. Each part is equipped with independent control switches, and the speed controller can adjust the feeding speed of the feeding motor arbitrarily. The overload protection function effectively protects the motor, and the emergency stop button further ensures the safety of the machine and personnel.

5. The newly customized PTFE rubber low-temperature resistant sealing ring overcomes the drawbacks of the original sealing ring breaking, and its durability has been significantly improved. The aggregate bag can be washed with water or replaced at will, meeting the requirements of different raw material cleanliness.

6. The host box is equipped with a small fan, and ventilation holes are set between the boxes. The cold air after liquid nitrogen gasification is introduced into the crusher motor box through induced draft, realizing the secondary utilization of liquid nitrogen cold air, reducing the temperature of the crusher motor, and improving the operation time and service life.

7. The independent vibration feeder has adjustable speed, which can easily meet the feeding speed requirements of different particle materials, and retains the manual feeding interface to meet the crushing requirements of a small number of samples.

The crusher host in the equipment, as a small ultrafine grinder, has good crushing effects on various materials and can be used separately as a laboratory ultrafine grinder, which greatly improves the cost-effectiveness of the equipment.
