When sampling on site for water quality monitoring, it is necessary to add fixatives to the water sample for protection to ensure the accuracy of experimental data. When conducting microbiological testing on water samples treated with chlorine (such as tap water, swimming pool water, medical wastewater), 2ml of 1.5% sulfuric acid aqueous solution must be added to every 500ml of water sample to remove chlorine and eliminate its bactericidal effect on the water sample, in order to avoid affecting the results. When detecting wastewater containing heavy metals, it is necessary to add 10ml of strong acid or other substances to every 1L of water sample for water quality stabilization to ensure water quality stability. The TC-BX-8 fixed reagent box is equipped with multiple reagent bottles (including glass reagent bottles and plastic reagent bottles) and supporting components (including multi specification glass pipettes, disposable plastic straws, thermometers, pH test strips, etc.), which can facilitate laboratory personnel to add various chemical reagents to water samples on site.
