1、 Product Introduction

This instrument is suitable for measuring the permeability of lithium-ion battery separators. Measurement principle: Air at a certain pressure passes through the nozzle, and when it penetrates the test piece, the impedance generated by the test piece to the air penetration determines the air pressure between the nozzle and the test piece. Measure this air pressure value and theoretically calculate the air permeability value equivalent to the isolation seconds based on it.

2.2 Emergency power outage

In emergency situations, the HD-F802-2 plug can be unplugged and all power sources of HD-F802-2 can be disconnected. The instrument will immediately power off and testing will stop.

Sample thickness: 3 μ m to 25 μ m;

Sample width: 25mm to 50mm;

Test time: 1s-999s, can complete automatic calculation of test results within 3s;

Pressure supply method: Compressed air;

Flow testing range: ≤ 200cc/min, accuracy: 1% FS (30cc/min, 1000cc/min optional, other ranges can be customized);

Test repeatability: Test the same point and ensure that the range of 3 measurement results is within 2sec/100cc;

Stability testing: Different specifications of products are tested, and the error between the instrument test results and the benchmark value is guaranteed to be within 3sec/100cc for each specification. Products of the same specification are suitable for 1S, 3S, 5S, and 10S testing, and the result error is ≤ 2sec/100cc.

4、 Maintenance and upkeep

1) During the handling, installation, adjustment, and use of the instrument, do not collide to avoid mechanical damage that may affect the test results

2) The instrument must be placed in a studio away from the vibration source, without obvious air convection to avoid affecting the test results.

3) The instrument is frequently used and should be checked once a week to ensure normal use. If the instrument is occasionally used or moved or repaired, it should be checked before testing.

4) When there is a malfunction inside the instrument, please contact the manufacturer or seek professional repair; The instrument should be calibrated before leaving the factory. Non professional calibration and maintenance personnel are not allowed to disassemble the instrument arbitrarily.
