The Wallace Rapid Plastimeter is used to measure the plasticity value P0 of natural rubber and uncured rubber. When used in conjunction with the Wallace Aging Chamber, it can obtain the plasticity retention rate (PRI) of rubber. The variable temperature performance of P14/vt allows for rapid testing of the flowability of synthetic rubber, which is more cost-effective than purchasing a Mooney viscometer. The C-shaped design makes operation more convenient, and the LCD guides the operation steps in real time. The operator can complete calibration and test preparation in a few seconds.
