It is suitable for schools, factories, military industries, scientific research and other units to test various performance indicators of electronic components in high temperature, low temperature, humid and hot or alternating high and low temperature environments.

Box structure:

The box has a beautiful and elegant shape, processed by CNC machine tools, and adopts non reactive handles for easy operation.

The inner liner of the box is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel, and the box is made of cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic spraying, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.

The large observation window is equipped with lighting to keep the inside of the box bright, and uses tempered glass embedded in the heating body to observe the condition inside the box clearly at any time. There is a test hole on the left side of the box, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines. (The aperture or number of holes must be specified when placing the order). The bottom of the machine adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels.

Control system:

The temperature and humidity control instrument adopts the Canadian imported "TEMI" large screen touch screen, with simple screen operation, easy program editing, and no need for key input. The operation buttons can be directly touched and selected. The controller operation interface is available in both Chinese and English for selection. Temperature setting, humidity setting, time setting, working status and other alarm states.

It has a capacity of 99 sets of programs, 24 segments, and 99 loop steps, with a maximum time setting of 99 hours and 59 minutes per segment. Programs can be connected to each other. You can choose to customize the running and program running.

After inputting the data and experimental conditions, the controller has a screen lock function to avoid manual touch and shutdown.

Equipped with an upgradable RS-232 or RS-485 communication interface, it can be programmed on a computer to monitor the testing process and perform functions such as automatic power on/off.

It has the function of automatic calculation, which can immediately correct the temperature and humidity change conditions, making temperature and humidity control more accurate and stable.

Refrigeration system:

The refrigeration unit adopts the original French "Taikang" fully enclosed compressor.

The refrigeration system adopts a cascade low-temperature circuit system design.

Adopting a multi wing air supply fan for strong air circulation, avoiding any dead corners, can make the temperature and humidity distribution in the testing area uniform.

The design of air circulation for air outlet and return ensures that the wind pressure and speed meet the testing standards, and can quickly stabilize the temperature and humidity at the moment of opening the door.

The independent heating, cooling, and humidification system can improve efficiency, reduce testing costs, extend lifespan, and lower failure rates.
