1、 Product Overview:

3、 Product configuration and technical features:
1. Shell material: Cold rolled steel plate surface sprayed with plastic, shell paint 7035; Internal material: SUS304 stainless steel plate.
2. Each device can be connected to the on-site main air pipeline for air intake.
3. The equipment panel is equipped with a pointer pressure gauge to monitor the pipeline pressure (a positive pressure relief controller and solenoid valve need to be installed inside the box).
4. Each device has a two position three-way solenoid valve to control gas inlet and outlet, using an aviation plug.
5. The equipment adopts an electromagnetic isolation type circulating motor. Install 2 explosion-proof 10A three hole sockets inside the equipment.
6. The equipment is designed with front and rear doors, and both doors are equipped with electromagnetic locks, which are controlled by PLC meters.
7. After the instrument alarm contact is connected in series with the temperature limiter contact to cut off the heating power supply, the alarm indicator light will turn on, and the over temperature alarm will be fed back to the PLC.
8. The outer box is equipped with a fan to form airflow circulation and improve the temperature uniformity inside the box.
9. Equipped with a 7-inch industrial color touch screen and a temperature and humidity program controller, with a program capacity of 100 segments.
10. USB port data import/export function.
11. Independent temperature limit alarm system+three color light roaring alarm: If the temperature limit is exceeded, the operation will be automatically interrupted and an audible and visual alarm will be triggered to remind the operator, ensuring the safe operation of the test without any external factors.
12. Equipment overcurrent, overload protection, fan overheating protection, etc.
13. SUS304 stainless steel partition bracket can be freely disassembled for easy cleaning inside the box.
