• Overview

-1 The speed controller of the Type Constant Speed Magnetic Stirrer adopts a high-speed microcomputer chip to sample and control the motor speed. The speed is stable, the display is intuitive and clear, and the speed and time can be set at any time through buttons. It also has a data saving function. And it adopts dual digital display (upper row displays speed, lower row displays time), which is intuitive and clear. Zui's long duration is 9990 minutes (166 hours and 30 minutes). Once the parameters are set, they can be saved for a long time. This controller can control our factory's brushed permanent magnet DC motor or DC brushless motor driver, suitable for speed control of oscillators, shakers, and electric mixers.

Below is an example to illustrate the usage of the controller

Example: Set the mixer to 1000 times per minute (i.e. the highest value that can be set for this machine), and stop working after 120 minutes of operation.

1Close the power switch, and the upper row will display the original speed value (last running speed), while the lower row will display the original timing value.

2Press the "" (speed fast/slow) key to set the speed to 1000 times per minute.

3Press ▲ (up key) to set the timer to 120.

4: Press▼(Down arrow key) can adjust the timing downwards (setting 0 minutes indicates indefinite timing, i.e. continuous operation in normally open).

5Press the RUN button to start the machine, and it will slowly start up to 1000 revolutions per minute. At the same time, the timer will start (countdown), and then run steadily for 120 minutes before stopping. The END will be displayed and an alarm will sound for 10 seconds, indicating that the timer is running.

6Speed and time adjustments can be made during both standby and timed operation.

7Press the STOP button to stop running at any time (the timer time also ends at this time).

8:The green light is the running light, and the red light is the stop light. The corresponding indicator light is on, indicating that the controller is in the corresponding state.
