The WQA-3600 water quality (volatile organic compounds) automatic analyzer consists of a headspace sampling module and a high-temperature chromatographic analysis module (GC-FID). Can monitor volatile organic pollutants such as benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, styrene, etc. in industrial wastewater and surface water cross-sections. The water sample is drawn into the headspace pool of the analyzer through a pre-treatment pipeline. Under constant temperature heating, the volatile organic compounds in the water sample are transferred to the gas phase space above the liquid surface, and then pressurized and depressurized by a carrier gas. The volatile sample gas is transferred to the high-temperature chromatographic analysis module for detection. By using the headspace sampling device to convert liquid phase to gas phase, the emitted clean gas can be directly measured, overcoming the influence of impurities such as suspended solids in water on the analysis flow path.
