The WQA-3100 water quality (volatile phenols) automatic analyzer is a new type of fully automatic online analyzer used for measuring volatile phenols in water. This product is based on our distillation platform and magnetic conductivity measurement platform, combined with technologies such as constant temperature optical fiber and colorimetric integration, to achieve high-precision, low detection limit, high stability, and low maintenance of volatile phenols in fully automatic online monitoring. The water sample is drawn into the distillation tank of the distillation backboard through a pre-treatment pipeline. Under constant temperature heating, the volatile phenols in the water sample are condensed into a constant volume tube through steam distillation. The sample is then fixed to a fixed volume through a constant volume module, and the analyzed backboard extracts the distilled sample to a constant volume and sends it to the colorimetric cell for colorimetric analysis.
