Strictly divide the functional areas for sample reception, sample pretreatment, aseptic operation, cultivation and identification, reagent preparation, washing and sterilization, etc., achieve separation of human flow, logistics, and sewage flow, physical isolation, independent ventilation, and eliminate cross contamination from the design to ensure accurate and reliable test results. The sterile operation area and reagent preparation area adopt a brand new direct current ventilation system, strictly prohibiting return air circulation to avoid secondary aerosol pollution;

Three level filtration system: fresh air primary filtration (G4), air conditioning box medium efficiency filtration (F8), and final high-efficiency filtration (HEPA H14), with a filtration efficiency of ≥ 99.995% for 0.3 μ m particles;

Exhaust treatment: The exhaust from the sterile area and pre-treatment area is sterilized by HEPA high-efficiency filters before being discharged to avoid polluting the outdoor environment;

Linkage control: The supply fan is linked with the exhaust fan, with the exhaust fan turned on first and the supply fan turned on later to ensure stable pressure difference. Pressure difference monitoring and alarm devices are equipped.

2. Environmental monitoring system

Deploy high-precision sensors such as temperature, humidity, pressure difference, and dust particles in key areas such as sterile areas, culture areas, and reagent areas to collect environmental parameters in real-time;

The data can be uploaded in real-time to the monitoring platform for data storage, analysis, and warning. The data is tamper proof and meets the requirements of CMA/CNAS for data traceability;

Equipped with ultraviolet disinfection lamps and ozone disinfection machines, regularly disinfect the air in the clean area, and the disinfection records can be traced.

3. Hydroelectric and protective systems

Electrical system: According to the laboratory power load configuration, independent instrument power, lighting power, and emergency power circuits are set up, equipped with UPS uninterruptible power supply to ensure the stable operation of precision instruments; Set up independent grounding systems in sterile and instrument areas to prevent electromagnetic interference;

Water supply and drainage system: Independent water supply and drainage systems are installed in the pre-treatment and decontamination areas, equipped with anti backflow valves to prevent wastewater from flowing back; Set up dedicated hand washing and disinfection sinks in the sterile area, using induction faucets to reduce contact pollution;

Safety protection: equipped with emergency sprinklers, eye washers, fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, biological safety warning signs in the experimental area, and first aid kits.
