Warning:

Regulator pressure regulation - The working range of knob adjustment is designed to allow the outlet pressure to be within its entire range. Pressure regulation beyond this range is also possible, as the knob is not a limiting device. This is a common feature of most industrial regulators, and the limiting device can only be obtained through special design. To avoid unpredictable system behavior that may result in personal injury and property damage:

1. Disconnect the power supply before installation, maintenance, or modification (if necessary).

2. Before installation, maintenance, or conversion, disconnect the air supply and depressurize all air pipelines connected to this product.

3. Operate under the pressure, temperature, and other conditions specified by the manufacturer and listed in this manual.

If the ambient temperature is below freezing point, the medium must be free of moisture.

5. Perform maintenance according to the procedures listed in this instruction.

The installation, maintenance, and conversion of these products must be carried out by knowledgeable personnel who understand the application of pneumatic products.

After installation, maintenance, or conversion, air and power should be connected (if necessary), and the product's functionality and leakage should be tested. If there is an audible leak or if the product is not functioning properly, do not put it into use.

8. The warnings and specifications on the product should not be covered by paint or other materials. If it cannot be covered, please contact the local representative to replace the label.

Important installation instructions for dial-up air regulator:

1. Please do not install this device until you have read the entire product information sheet.

2. Unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer, this product is designed for compressed air service and its use with any other fluid (liquid or gas) is a misuse. For example, the use or injection of certain hazardous liquids or gases (such as alcohol or liquefied petroleum gas) in the system may be harmful to the equipment, or result in a flammable state or hazardous external leakage. If used improperly, the manufacturer's warranty is invalid, and the manufacturer shall not be liable for any losses caused thereby. The maximum pressure rating is 300PSI (21bar). The temperature range is 32 ° F to 150 ° F (0 ° C to 65.5 ° C).

3. Install upstream where air conditioning is required and as close as possible.

4. Install according to the airflow direction indicated by the arrow on the casting.

5. Do not limit air flow with pipes or fittings that are too small in size unless maximum air flow is not required.

6. Install the regulator at any rotational position.

7. The instrument hole can be used for installing instruments or as an additional regulating air outlet. Block all unused ports.

8. Panel installation requires 2 11/16 inch (69mm) diameter holes and 4 7/32 inch (5.5mm) screw holes. This device can be installed on 11/4 "(32mm) thick materials.

9. It is recommended to install a 5-micron rated filter upstream of the regulator.

10. To adjust the air, turn the adjustment knob clockwise to increase the air pressure, and counterclockwise to decrease the air pressure.

Important maintenance instructions: Used for dialing the air conditioner:

Before repairing this device, please read the entire product information sheet, turn off the air source, and drain both sides of the air conditioner. Lubrication of the dial Ai regulator.

1. In order to operate, it is necessary to lubricate the dial air appropriately with a regulator.

When any of the following symptoms occur, lubricate the regulator with Magnalube-G. If Magnalube-G is not available, use Lubriplate or Molykote. Caution: Do not use engine oil as a lubricant.

A、 Excessive release.

B、 Unable to obtain the pressure of the second year of high school.

C、 Secondary pressure is unstable.

D、 Excessive delay (delay in expected effect: in this case due to lack of lubrication).

3. Refer to "Figure A" to understand steps 1 to 10.

1. Remove the bottom plug (1), main valve spring (2), main valve (3), pilot valve spring (4), and pilot valve (5).

2. Clean the molded rubber valve seat of the main valve (do not lubricate).

3. Clean and lubricate the bottom plug seal, main valve seal, and pilot valve seal.

4. Reinstall the device.

If the problem is not resolved, lubricate the remaining seals. (Refer to steps 6 to 10)

6. Remove the retaining ring (6) and pull out the valve cover assembly (7) from the device.

7. Remove the upper piston (8), upper piston cup (9), lower piston (10), needle valve (11), and needle valve spring (12).

8. Clean and gently lubricate the inside of the valve body.

9. Clean and lubricate the upper piston seal, upper piston cup seal, lower piston seal, needle valve seal, and main valve sliding seal (13).

10. Reinstall the device. If the symptoms still persist, please contact the manufacturer.

Do not attempt to calibrate the device until all eight seals have been properly lubricated.

2. Recalibrate the dial air conditioner:

A、 Install the regulator on the air pipeline, ensuring that the air pressure at the inlet is at least 110 PSI (7.5 bar).

B、 Install the air pressure gauge onto one of the pressure gauge ports. Plug the remaining instrument ports with plugs (provided).

C、 Remove the lock button from the device (Figure A, item 14).

D、 Rotate the adjustment knob to the 100 psi (7 bar) setting.

E、 Check that the pressure gauge reading is 100 bar (7 bar). If the pressure gauge reading is not 100 pounds per square inch (7 bar), adjust screw "A" (Figure B) with a screwdriver while keeping the adjustment knob at the set value of 100 pounds per square inch (7 bar). If you want to achieve a pressure of 100 PSI (7 bar), you need to tighten screw "A" more than half a turn, please refer to "G" below.

F、 Check calibration A adjustment: When dialing, the pressure gauge reading is the same (100psi ± 2psig; Rotate the adjustment knob to 20psi (1,4-bar) at a pressure of 7 bar ± 0.14 bar. When the pressure gauge reading is 20 PSI ± 5 PSI (1, 4 bar ± 0, 34), calibrate the device. ± 2psig and ± 5sig are acceptable tolerances for commonly used pressure gauges. )

G、 When calibrating the device, the adjustment screw "A" should not exceed half a turn. If the device has been properly lubricated and requires more than half a turn for calibration, it may involve other issues with the device and should be returned to the supplier.
