R900949806 proportional directional valve 4WREE10W50-2X/G24K31/F1V working principle:

Firstly, the proportional valve must have a matching amplifier that receives control signals from a computer, PLC, or potentiometer (sliding potentiometer) to amplify weak signals from 0-20mA to 0-800mA. The signal of the computer is too weak. Then, the amplifier transmits the amplified signal to the solenoid valve. The solenoid valve overcomes the spring force and adjusts the stroke of the push rod based on the size of the transmitted signal, outputting a flow rate of approximately 1 liter/minute and a control oil whose pressure changes with the signal.

Afterwards, control the oil to reach both ends of the main valve core, and according to different pressures, push the valve core to move the corresponding stroke. Because the valve core itself has a tapered step, combined with the valve body, different strokes result in different flow areas. With stable inlet pressure, different flow rates are obtained. Ultimately achieving proportional functionality.

A proportional valve is a complete system composed of a computer (or other), amplifier, proportional solenoid, tapered step valve core, inlet pressure compensation valve (single connection may not be necessary), shuttle valve, built-in unloading valve (to return excess flow to the oil tank), etc. Only then can the proportional function be truly realized

4WREE type... 2X type

The valve has two switch positions (4WREE type... The function of this valve is, in principle, to have three switch positions on the valve. The valve with two positions is only equipped with A (7) solenoid. Instead of the second proportion of the solar system, it is a threaded plug (10). The proportional directional valves of 4/2 and 4/3 rails are designed as direct control devices for plate assembly. The driver program operates through electromagnetic waves proportional to the central thread and extendable coil. The command of Solenoids is carried out through a unified command electronic system.

4WREE type ..-2X/...

The 4/2 and 4/3 proportional directional valves are designed as direct operating devices in flat plate design. Operate through a proportional solenoid with a central thread and detachable coil. Electromagnetic valves are controlled through integrated electronic devices.

The valve mainly includes:

Shell with connecting surface (1)

Control slide valve (2) with compression springs (3 and 4) and spring plates (5 and 6)

Solenoid with central thread (7 and 8)

Position sensor (9)

Integrated Electronics (13)

Electrical zero adjustment (12), accessible through Pg7

When the solenoid valves (7 and 8) are de energized, the center position of the control spool valve (2) is controlled by the compression springs (3 and 4) between the spring plates (5 and 6)

By controlling a proportional solenoid valve, such as solenoid valve "b" (8), the control spool valve (2) is directly driven

Control the slide valve (2) to move to the left in proportion to the electrical input signal

In the power-off state, the control slide valve (2) is held in the mechanical center position by the return spring of the solenoid valve. If the control spool valve symbol is "V", then this position does not correspond to the hydraulic center position! When the electric valve control circuit is closed, the control spool is located at the hydraulic center position.

Important Notice:

Do not open PG connector (11). Do not make mechanical adjustments to the adjustment nuts below, otherwise it may damage the valve!

Valve with two valve core positions: (4WREE... A...)

The function of this valve type basically corresponds to a valve with three slide valve positions. However, the 2nd slide valve position valve is only equipped with solenoid valve "a" (7). Instead of the second proportional solenoid valve, a plug screw (10) has been installed.
