Product Introduction
Measuring the flow rate of a fluid in a non full tubular open channel with a naturally flowing free water surface is called open channel flow detection. The measuring tank in a non full pipe state is called an open channel, and the instrument used to measure the fluid flow in the open channel is called an open channel flowmeter. Ultrasonic open channel flowmeter consists of three parts: ultrasonic level gauge, measuring tank, and flow accumulator.
This instrument adopts modular circuit design, military grade multi-layer PCB board, tight hardware structure, and reasonable layout. This product adopts an 18 key operation menu, supports isolated 4-20mA output, supports HART communication, built-in wireless data transmission such as GPRS, GPS, Bluetooth, etc., supports SD card storage or USB storage, and can also add modules according to customer needs to achieve other functions.
Product Features
1. Ultrasonic non-contact liquid level measurement does not affect the flow rate at all, and accurate liquid level measurement is an ideal liquid level instrument.
2. The probe has low power consumption, easy installation, and easy positioning, and is widely used in related fields such as rivers, water supply, factories, and urban sewage pipelines.
3. The flow integrator is easy to operate and suitable for a wide range of types of water measuring weirs, including thin-walled right angled triangular weirs, rectangular weirs, and Bacher troughs.
4. The flow integrator has a historical flow meter recording function, which can record flow data for the past 60 hours, 30 days, 12 months, and 10 years. More historical data can be recorded in real time through an SD card.
5. The instrument control function is comprehensive, with four relay signal outputs and easy connection to commonly used actuators (motors, alarms, etc.).
6. According to the working conditions, probes can be selected from special models such as IP68, anti-corrosion, explosion-proof, high-precision with small blind spots, ultra-low power consumption, and large range.

Ultrasonic open channel flowmeter uses the emission and reflection characteristics of ultrasonic waves to measure the liquid level of the fluid flowing through the measuring weir tank in conjunction with the measuring weir tank. By using a mathematical conversion model between liquid level and flow rate, the depth of liquid level is converted into the flow rate in the measuring tank. The higher the liquid level in the measuring tank, the greater the flow rate; conversely, the lower the liquid level, the smaller the flow rate. Its working principle is shown in Figure 1-1.
Due to the fact that open channels are equipped with corresponding measuring tanks for testing, and there are many types of open channels, the mathematical models for liquid level flow conversion are also different. The most commonly used measuring tanks (open channels) include Bachel tanks, rectangular weirs, and triangular weirs. Specific applications.
