Purpose:

Used in conjunction with an open channel flowmeter (ultrasonic open channel flowmeter), it converts the flow rate in the open channel into the level of the liquid. Measure the flow rate of water in an open channel. The flow rate of irrigation channels, sewage ditches, and urban sewers.

2、 Installation instructions for Bacher groove

Step 1: Place the Bacher trough into the open channel

Requirement: (1) The downstream discharge outlet of the Bacher trough should have smooth drainage; If it is not smooth, the Bacher groove should be raised to increase the water level difference.

Ensure that there is a distance of 1-3 meters in front of the straight section of the Bacher trough.

Step 2: Pour concrete around the Bacher trough to ensure that all water flows through it.

Requirement: When installing the Bacher groove, it should be level

3、 Several situations of installing Bacher groove

The most critical point of installing the Bacher trough is to ensure that there is a water level difference downstream of the Bacher trough, the discharge is smooth, and there is no water accumulation.
