1、 Product Overview
Vortex flowmeterThe velocity flowmeter produced based on the Karman vortex principle can be used for measuring and metering conventional gases, vapors, and liquids. Vortex flow sensors have high accuracy and a relatively wide range ratio. They have no movable parts in use, which can improve mechanical stability and reduce maintenance. Vortex flow sensors are widely used in production and daily life because they are almost unaffected by the temperature, pressure, and composition of the medium when measuring the working condition volume, making them easy to calibrate and produce instruments.

3、 Installation steps
1. Choose a suitable installation environment, with an ambient temperature of -25-55 ℃ and an ambient humidity range of 5% -90%. Please refer to the instrument installation environment requirements in the Huai'an Kehao Vortex Flow Meter Application Manual for details;
2. Welding accessories and instruments that are compatible with the product should avoid online welding (flange clamping instruments), as online welding can cause thermal damage to the sensor;
3. Blow the pipeline to ensure that there is no welding slag residue inside the pipeline;
4. Install the instrument, pay attention to the flow direction signs of the instrument, prohibit reverse installation, and ensure that the front and rear straight pipe sections meet the requirements. Please refer to the instruction manual for the installation requirements of the instrument pipeline
5. Slowly open the front-end valve to prevent damage to the instrument caused by air hammer or water hammer;
6. Pipeline pressure testing and leak detection to ensure that the pipeline does not leak;
7. Air tightness testing to ensure that the installed instruments meet the sealing requirements:
8. Slowly open the backend valve to ensure a stable flow field of the medium passing through:
9. Normal operation of instruments;
10. The installation environment should avoid severe vibrations, which can cause unstable flow or static flow. In environments with slight vibrations, pipeline fastening devices can be added at 2D upstream and downstream locations, and soft connections can be installed at the connection points with equipment such as fans.
