Vickers stacked valve * DGMX2-5-PP-BW-S-30
In fact, many people are not aware that there are many types of Vickers stacked valves, including VICKERS stacked overflow valves, VICKERS stacked one-way valves, VICKERS stacked sequential valves, VICKERS stacked pressure reducing valves, etc. Our company has the advantage of supplying Vickers stacked valves, with many in stock and good prices!
VICKERS stacked pressure reducing valveIt is a plug-in design pressure reducing valve that provides a compact hydraulic circuit, low cost, eliminates interconnecting pipe circuits, and is easy to maintain without the need to remove the valve from the stack assembly to access working parts.
Eaton Vickers stacked pressure reducing valves rely on applying pressure at the end of the valve core to overcome the action caused by the spring loaded by the adjustment mechanism. In balance valves and sequence valves, the valve core is biased by a spring to prevent flow from passing through the valve. When the force generated by the control pressure at the end of the valve core exceeds the force of the main spring, the valve core moves to allow flow through the valve. In a pressure reducing valve, the flow channel is normally open and only closes when the control pressure exceeds the set value of the valve. Using overflow function to prevent excessive pressure in the pressure reducing pipeline. The optional pressure adjustment device includes a manual knob (with or without) or a screw/locking nut.
Stacked hydraulic valves have been developed in the past decade based on the integration of plate valves, using the valve body itself as the connecting body without the need for additional connecting bodies. Stacked valves with the same diameter. The size, position, and quantity of its oil ports and bolt holes are the same as those of the matched plate type directional valve. As long as the stacked valves with the same diameter are stacked in a certain order, and then electromagnetic valves or electro-hydraulic directional valves are added, and fixed with bolts, various typical hydraulic systems can be formed.
Stacked valve diameter series
There are five diameter series of stacked valves, namely 6MM, 10MM, 16MM, 20MM, and 32MM
Rated pressure and flow rate of superposition valve
The rated pressure is generally 20MPa, and the rated flow range is 10-200L/min
VICKERS overlay valves are classified as pressure control valves, flow control valves, and directional control valves, just like general hydraulic valves. The control valve only has a one-way valve, and the directional valve does not belong to the category of superposition valves.
The advantages and disadvantages of superposition valves are that superposition valves make directional, pressure, flow and other valve components or hydraulic circuits into unit hydraulic blocks, so repair and replacement are very convenient. The disadvantage is poor flexibility, as components in the same circuit generally require valves with the same passage.
Stacking valve is a new type of hydraulic component developed on the basis of integrated plate valves, but it is completely different from plate valves and plug-in valves in terms of configuration. The superposition valve is an integrated control circuit composed of pressure, flow, and one-way control valves installed between the plate type directional valve and the base plate. Each stacked valve not only has the function of a hydraulic valve, but also serves as an oil passage. Therefore, hydraulic systems composed of stacked valves do not require additional connecting bodies between valves, but instead use stacked valve bodies as connecting bodies, which are directly stacked and bolted together. The stacked valve is named after its structural shape. The size, position, and quantity of the oil ports and screw holes of various stacked valves with the same diameter are the same as those of the matched plate directional valve. Therefore, by stacking valves of the same diameter a certain number of times and adding electromagnetic control directional valves, various typical hydraulic systems can be formed. Usually, a hydraulic circuit with a set of stacked valves only controls one actuator. If several installation base plates (also with interconnected channels) are horizontally stacked together, a hydraulic system that controls several actuators can be formed.
The working principle of VICKERS overlay valve is basically the same as that of plate valve, but it has its own characteristics in structure and connection method, thus forming its own system. Like a plate overflow valve, there are only two inlet and outlet ports, P and T, at the bottom of the valve; In addition to the P and T ports, the stacked overflow valve also has A and B ports, which run from the bottom to the top of the valve. The International Organization for Standardization has developed corresponding standards (IS0 7790 and IS0 4401) for the connection and height dimensions of various stacked valves with the same diameter, making stacked valves more universal and interchangeable.
According to their different functions, stacked valves are usually divided into two types: single function valves and composite function valves.

Overview
Wiggs SystemStak ™ The stacked valve forms a compact hydraulic system, which is stacked between the directional valve and the standard installation interface. The compact design improves the system's response by eliminating external oil pipes, thus eliminating noise and resonance sounds that cause leaks. The design of these valves is a good proof and provides opportunities to achieve very small control components, especially when the valves are used in multi station integrated blocks.
Three installation surfaces are available for connecting directional valves, designated as "5", "5N", or "5P" in the Vickers SystemStak overlay valve model. The "5" interface complies with Vickers DG4S4 directional valves and other directional valves that comply with ISO 4401-05, NFPA-D05, ANSI/B93.7M specifications D05 or CETOP-5 standard ports. The interfaces with codes "5N" and "5P" NFPA-D05 comply with the Vickers directional valve listed on page 38.
Each type of stacked valve can be configured into a special functional combination to meet the requirements of the system.
SystemStak stacking valves are divided into two groups:
1. The valve operates in the pressure and/or return line ("P" and/or "T")
DGMC overflow valve
DGMDC one-way valve
DGMFN flow control
