AVEENTICS, GermanyAnwochi directional control valve is a directional control valve with two or more flow forms and two or more oil ports. It is a valve that enables communication, cutting off, and reversing of hydraulic oil flow, as well as pressure unloading and sequential action control.

It can be divided into manual directional valve, electromagnetic directional valve, electro-hydraulic directional valve, etc.

Also known as Chris valve, a type of valve with multi-directional adjustable channels that can change fluid flow direction in a timely manner.

When working, the drive shaft is rotated by the drive transmission mechanism outside the valve, with a shaking crank arm, to activate the valve plate, so that the working fluid sometimes flows from the left inlet to the lower outlet of the valve, and sometimes changes from the right inlet to the lower outlet, achieving the purpose of periodic flow direction change.

This type of conversion valve has a wide range of applications in petroleum and chemical production, and is commonly used in synthetic ammonia gasification systems. (1) The valve body of a six way valve is divided into two chambers by a partition, each chamber having three channels, with the inlet in the middle and the outlet at both ends. The valve body is made of carbon steel plate welded structure, which is small in size, light in weight, compact in structure, improves material utilization, shortens production cycle, and reduces costs. The sealing surface is welded with stainless steel, which is rust resistant and corrosion-resistant. The sealing surface is polished and ground after precision machining, with a surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m.

(2) The six way valve has two sets of sealing components. Each set of sealing components (Figure 2) consists of valve discs, sealing rings, adjustment blocks, adjustment screws, clamps, and bolts. The valve disc is a carbon steel plate welded component with reinforcing ribs, which not only increases the strength of the valve disc but also serves as a guide to ensure the coaxiality between each group of valve discs. The valve disc is embedded with a polyurethane rubber ring, which has the characteristics of oil resistance, wear resistance, stable performance, good sealing, and long service life. Under the action of the cam, the spherical surface of the sealing ring comes into contact with the sealing surface of the valve body and undergoes compressive elastic deformation, achieving a sealing effect. The adjustment block and adjustment screw can play an adjusting role when the two sets of sealing components cannot be synchronized in place, ensuring that the sealing performance of each channel is synchronized in place.
