The vibration speed sensor DF3601 first senses vibration acceleration, obtains velocity through integration, and obtains displacement through secondary integration. However, acceleration and displacement are affected by frequency and can be used to measure the vibration of bearing seats, structures, or casings. The vibration measured by this sensor is relative to the vibration in free space, and its output voltage is proportional to the vibration velocity, so it is also known as a velocity based vibration sensor.

This type of sensor measures absolute vibration relative to free space, and its output voltage is proportional to the vibration velocity, hence it is also known as a velocity based vibration sensor. Speed can also be integrated and converted into displacement for further processing. This measurement can evaluate the comprehensive working conditions of rotating or reciprocating machinery, and it is directly installed outside the machine, making it easy to use and maintain.
