Rotating machinery such as industrial water pumps with a speed of DN9814 are not allowed to experience reverse rotation. When reverse rotation occurs, immediate measures should be taken. The DF9814 reverse protection monitor is specifically designed for this purpose. It is equipped with two sets of eddy current sensors and installed at the required angle to monitor equipment speed and measure shaft rotation direction. Pump speed DN9814It is a sturdy and durable model of the DF9000 series programmable monitoring instrument. The DN/DF9814 wall mounted programmable monitoring instrument adopts a fully sealed cast aluminum shell and waterproof joint, which eliminates the need for a dedicated protective box during installation. It can be directly applied in humid, dusty, and high and low temperature environments, especially suitable for monitoring and protecting the status of rotating machinery and equipment (fans/pumps, etc.) working outdoors and other harsh environments.

Pump speed DN9814It can receive speed signals from two DN/DF3100/DN/DF5100 eddy current sensors, continuously measure and monitor the machine's speed and rotation direction, and provide overspeed and reverse protection for the equipment.

The speed signal is processed by the instrument signal, converted into the speed value required by the user, and displayed on the panel. At the same time, it is converted into a 4-20mA current remote transmission signal. The instrument also provides two-level alarm and reverse protection switch output. All parameter settings can be completed through DF9000 configuration software. The configuration parameters and data are stored in E2PROM and can be saved for a long time in case of power loss.
