Vibration sensor GJ310-21In terms of mechanical receiving principles, there are only two types: relative and inertial. However, in terms of electromechanical transformation, due to different transformation methods and properties, there are many types and their application ranges are also limited. The sensors used in modern vibration measurement are no longer independent mechanical measuring devices in traditional concepts. They are only a part of the entire measurement system and closely related to the subsequent electronic circuits.

Due to the different principles of internal electromechanical transformation in vibration sensors, the output power also varies. Some transform changes in mechanical quantities into changes in electromotive force and charge, while others transform changes in mechanical vibration quantities into changes in parameters such as resistance and inductance.

Generally speaking, the power of vibration sensors cannot be directly accepted by subsequent display, recording, and analysis instruments. Therefore, sensors based on different electromechanical transformation principles must be equipped with specialized measurement circuits. The function of the measurement circuit is to convert the output power of the vibration sensor into a general voltage signal that can be accepted by subsequent display and analysis instruments.

Installation:


1) Installation position: Install vertically or horizontally on the tested vibration point, fix the bottom screw of the vibration transmitter on the tested housing, and then tighten the vibration transmitter on top.

2) Installation dimensions and specifications: If the installation position of the vibration transmitter is subjected to high temperature steam erosion, protective measures need to be taken to reduce the ambient temperature of the vibration transmitter. Generally, no protection is required.

3) Wiring instructions: The red wire is connected to the positive terminal of the DC24V power supply, and the blue wire is connected to the negative terminal of the DC24V power supply. At the same time, the red and blue wires are also 4-20mA output leads. The connecting wires require good insulation performance and use two core shielded cables.
