This drying equipment is an external heating or vertical turbine dryer, which relies on the central turbine fan to input different amounts of hot air and exhaust gas circulation in each section, promoting convective drying and allowing wet materials to move and dry in opposite directions from top to bottom under the action of fixed combs and scrapers on each layer. Dry finished products are continuously discharged from the bottom.

This machine has a novel design, compact structure, easy control, uniform drying, low energy consumption, and wide applicability. Suitable for slow heating, drying, cooling, and solvent recovery of crystalline, amorphous, powdery, paste like, or thermosensitive materials.

This equipment is a specialized device developed by our company specifically for the recovery of drying solvents for slurry and high viscosity materials, and has applied for an invention patent. Main advantages: large batch output, high vacuum degree, easy maintenance and use, and longer working life compared to rake type.
