Type:

1. Coarse cast Venturi tube:Made by sand casting
  Application scope:100mm ≤ D ≤ 800mm 0.30≤β≤0.75
2. Machining classic Venturi tube:Made by mechanical processing
  Application scope:50mm ≤ D ≤ 250mm 0.40≤β≤0.75
3. Coarse welded iron plate classic Venturi tube:Made from rolled iron plates
  Application scope:200mm ≤ D ≤ 1200mm 0.40≤β≤0.70

Pressure collection method:

Special pressure tapping.

Purpose:

The pressure loss of the Venturi tube is relatively small.
Coarse cast Venturi tubes are mainly used for water flow measurement.
The rolled plate Venturi tube is used for measuring gas flow in large-diameter pipelines, and can also be used for measuring sewage and liquid flow. If a double flange transmitter is used for the pressure port, it can be used for measuring the flow of sewage sediment. Sediments are washed away with the fluid to avoid blockage of the pressure pipeline.
