Storage conditions:

The standard sample is valid for 1-2 weeks when stored at 4 ℃, and for 6 months when stored at -20 ℃. Other components of the reagent kit are valid for 6 months when stored at 4 ℃. Except for standard samples, other components of the reagent kit are strictly prohibited from being frozen.

Due to the fact that standard samples are generally freeze-dried powder, strict calibration is required after preparation. Therefore, the number of bottles of standard samples and the volume of diluent required to be added to each bottle of standard samples should be based on the actual received reagent kit and the label of the standard sample.

The washing solution (20X) may crystallize at low temperatures. If crystals are found, please heat it in a room temperature bath to fully dissolve the crystals before preparing the working solution.

To ensure the quality of the standard product, please do not use it again if there is any remaining after preparation.

TMB solution should not come into contact with oxidants and metals, otherwise it is prone to failure.

When adding samples, please note that the nozzle of each sample or standard must be replaced to avoid cross contamination and errors in volume absorption.

Due to the independent testing of this reagent kit, please do not mix the components of different product numbers and batches of reagent kits. Even the components of the same reagent kit from different batches cannot be mixed. When multiple test kits are tested simultaneously, please use the reagents in each kit independently and do not use components with the same name in different kits.

Adequate mixing is important to ensure the accuracy of the reaction results. After adding the liquid, gently shake the entire 96 well plate to ensure mixing.

Many operations of this reagent kit are carried out at room temperature, and strict control of the room temperature between 25-28 ℃ is required. Temperatures below 25 ℃ will result in a significant decrease in the final detected absorbance.

The washing process is very important, insufficient washing can cause a decrease in degree and result in significant errors.

It is recommended to set up duplicate wells when testing standards and samples to ensure the reliability of the test results.

During the sample addition process, it is necessary to avoid the generation of bubbles.

This product is only for scientific research by professionals and cannot be used for clinical diagnosis, food or medicine, or stored in ordinary residential areas.
