Vaisala DMT143 Dew Pointsampling systemIntegrate a simple sample gas pretreatment system with a dew point transmitter. The preprocessing system consists of particle filters, flow control valves, dew point transmitters, float flow meters, manual pressure reducing valves, flow tanks, and related connectors, through plates, etc. The system is installed in a 304 stainless steel chassis with a window to prevent moisture in the installation area and can be easily installed on site. According to the different requirements of the usage area, a regular display meter installed on the box door can be selected, or an explosion-proof display meter installed inside the box can be selected. At the same time of display, analog signals corresponding to the dew point measurement range can be remotely transmitted to DCS and PLC or other data acquisition and processing equipment on site. On site installation and use are extremely simple. Simply provide equipment power supply, connect the sampling gas path, and perform dew point online measurement.

Simple single loop digital display controller, portable operation, 0.3 level measurement accuracy, 7 external dimensions, dual four digit LED display, can support thermocouple, thermistor, voltage (square root calculation), current (square root calculation) and transmitter input, suitable for monitoring industrial process quantities such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level, humidity, etc. Supports 2-channel alarm function, 1-channel transmission output or RS485 communication interface using standard MODBUS protocol, 1-channel DC24V power supply output, input, output, and power supply terminals optically isolated, 100-240V AC/DC or 12-36V DC switch power supply, standard card in installation, working environment temperature between 0-50 ℃, and relative humidity between 5-85% RH without condensation.
