Vicount 4D is part of Vacuumatic's latest generation of single head paper counter for the security and commercial printing industry. Vacuumatic Vicount 4D is the benchmark for accurate and efficient paper counting and batching. The disc counting technology was introduced from our high-speed secure paper counting series to the previous generation Vicount 2 and developed for inserting labels. Our latest development achievement is a high-speed disc version that uses a new 10 port disc and can count up to 10000 discs per minute. Using high-speed discs cannot insert labels, but the machine can purchase 5-port and 10 port discs. Our internal software will know what discs are installed on the machine and automatically change the speed and label insertion options. With the help of high-speed discs, we have also introduced another option that can count 100 sheets of paper very quickly. The 100 sheet paper adapter can be quickly and easily inserted into the machine, making the Vicount 4D undoubtedly the most flexible paper counter on the market.

The color touch screen with icon graphics ensures that even inexperienced users can operate the machine efficiently. Options such as gas floats, coupon attachments, and various CDs can be provided to expand the range of paper and materials that can be accurately counted.
