Product Details

GR.TF series ShanghaiVacuum tube furnaceDetailed Introduction

1. The furnace body adopts a double-layer furnace shell structure, with fans installed between the double-layer furnace shells to quickly raise and lower the temperature, and the surface temperature of the furnace shell is low.

2. The furnace tube adopts 99 high-purity corundum tube or high-purity quartz tube, and both ends are sealed with SUS304 high vacuum flange.

3. The furnace material is made of imported alumina polycrystalline fiber vacuum adsorption, which saves 50% energy. The heating furnace is composed of upper and lower parts, with the upper part of the furnace being able to be flipped backwards by 110 ℃ for easy access to experimental materials and replacement of furnace tubes. The heating element adopts Swedish Kantar resistance wire.

4. The temperature control system of the electric furnace adopts artificial intelligence regulation technology, which has PID regulation, fuzzy control, self-tuning ability, and can program various heating programs. The temperature display accuracy of the control system is ± 1 ℃, the temperature field stability is ± 5 ℃, and the heating rate of 1-20 ℃ can be set arbitrarily.

5. The vacuum degree can reach 10Pa

Exploring the pinnacle of technology:Vacuum tube furnaceThe Mystery and Application

In the vast expanse of technology, the birth of each technology is like a brilliant star, illuminating the path of human progress. Today, we are going to explore such a shining star - the vacuum tube furnace. It not only represents the height of modern technology, but also plays a crucial role in fields such as materials science and metallurgical engineering.

1、 Definition and Principle

A vacuum tube furnace, as the name suggests, is a tubular heating device that operates in a vacuum environment. The core principle is to create a high vacuum degree in a closed tubular furnace, thereby eliminating or greatly reducing the reaction between materials and gases such as oxygen and water vapor during heating, ensuring that materials complete heating, melting, sintering and other processes in a pure environment.

2、 Structure and Characteristics

A vacuum tube furnace typically consists of a furnace body, a vacuum system, a heating system, a control system, and other components. The furnace body is made of high-temperature and corrosion-resistant alloy materials, which can withstand various chemical corrosion in high-temperature environments. The vacuum system ensures that the vacuum degree inside the furnace meets the process requirements through efficient vacuum pumps and sealing devices. The heating system adopts advanced electric heating elements, such as graphite rods, silicon molybdenum rods, etc., to achieve fast and uniform heating. The control system ensures the stability and reliability of the entire heating process through precise temperature control and pressure monitoring.

The characteristic of vacuum tube furnace is that it can work in extremely low oxygen partial pressure or inert atmosphere, effectively avoiding material oxidation and pollution at high temperatures. At the same time, its tubular structure makes the heat distribution more uniform, improving heating efficiency. In addition, tube furnaces have the advantages of easy operation, safety and reliability, energy conservation and environmental protection, and have been widely used in scientific research, production and other fields.

3、 Application Fields

Materials Science: In the field of materials science, tube furnaces are widely used to prepare high-purity metals, alloys, ceramics, and other new materials. By precisely controlling the heating temperature and vacuum degree, new materials with excellent properties can be prepared, providing strong support for the development of new materials science.

Metallurgical Engineering: In the field of metallurgical engineering, tube furnaces are used for processes such as smelting high melting point metals and purifying rare metals. Its efficient heating system and precise control system make the smelting process more stable and reliable, improving the purity and quality of the metal.

In the field of new energy: With the rapid development of new energy, tube furnaces play an important role in the preparation of new energy materials such as solar cells and fuel cells. By optimizing the heating process and vacuum environment, new energy materials with better performance can be prepared, promoting the development of the new energy field.

4、 Future prospects

With the continuous advancement of technology and optimization of processes, vacuum tube furnaces will be applied in more fields. In the future, tube furnaces will develop towards higher efficiency, intelligence, and environmental friendliness.
