1. The temperature is 1100 ℃.

2. The high-temperature box atmosphere furnace adopts imported inorganic fibers produced by vacuum forming technology as the insulation material and special insulation design for the furnace.

3. The heating element is a Kangtai resistance wire, which is wrapped around a ceramic rod and set on the bottom, left and right sides of the furnace. The resistance wire can be replaced, and the temperature field stability inside the furnace is ± 5 ℃.

4. The furnace body adopts a double-layer furnace shell structure, high-performance insulation material, low outer surface temperature, and energy saving of 50%.

5. The furnace door and roof are sealed with high-temperature silicone rubber, and the furnace door is equipped with a water cooling system. There are air inlets, air outlets, and vacuum extraction ports on the furnace body.

6. The temperature control system of the electric furnace adopts artificial intelligence regulation technology, which has PID regulation, fuzzy control, self-tuning ability, and can program various heating programs. It has ultra-high temperature alarm function, thermocouple damage power-off function, and built-in parameter password control function.

7. It can be filled with other gases such as hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, etc., and can be pre evacuated. The vacuum degree can reach 20kPa, and the atmosphere pressure can reach 0.1Mpa. The furnace body is made of 10mm steel plate, which is safe and reliable, and meets national standards.

8. The heating rate is 5-20 ℃/min, and 50 automatic heating programs can be written.

9. Equipped with RS-485 communication interface and data management software, it has the function of paperless recording of historical data and temperature rise curves, correcting temperature deviation errors, and can manage multiple devices and remotely diagnose and analyze faults.
