The 1.2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump is one of the basic equipment used to remove gas from sealed containers. It can function independently or as a front-end pump for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, etc., as well as a maintenance pump and a pre pumping pump for titanium pumps. It can be used for the manufacturing of electric vacuum devices, thermos bottles, vacuum welding, printing, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment repair, and instrument matching. Because it has the advantages of small size, light weight, and low operating noise, it is more suitable for use in laboratories.
Within the ambient temperature range of 540 degrees Celsius, the inlet pressure is less than 1.3X103Under the condition of Pa, long-term continuous operation is allowed. When the relative humidity of the extracted gas is greater than 90%, the gas damper should be opened.
3. The continuous and unobstructed operation of the air inlet shall not exceed one minute.
4. Not suitable for extracting gases that corrode metals, react chemically with pump oil, contain particulate dust, as well as gases with high oxygen content, explosive, and toxic substances.

2XZ rotary vane vacuum pumpOperation instructions

1. Check the oil level and fill it to the center of the oil gauge when stopping the pump. Low pressure cannot act as an oil seal for the exhaust valve, affecting the vacuum degree. Excessive pressure may cause fuel injection during atmospheric start-up. During operation, the oil level rises slightly, which is a normal phenomenon. Oil extraction
Add clean vacuum pump oil of the specified grade through the oil filling hole. After refueling, you should tighten the screw plug. The oil should be filtered to prevent impurities from entering and blocking the oil hole.
2.2XZ rotary vane vacuum pumpIt can be started once under atmospheric or any vacuum level. If an electromagnetic valve is installed on the pump port, it should operate simultaneously with the pump.
When the ambient temperature is too high, the temperature of the oil increases, the viscosity decreases, and the saturated vapor pressure increases, which can cause a decrease in the ultimate vacuum, especially the total pressure measured by a thermocouple. By strengthening ventilation and heat dissipation, or improving pump oil performance, the ultimate vacuum can be improved.
4. Check the ultimate vacuum of the 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump using a compression mercury vacuum gauge. If the gauge has been fully pre drawn and calibrated, the pump temperature has reached stability, and the pump port is directly connected to the gauge, the ultimate vacuum will be reached within 30 minutes of operation. The value measured by the total pressure gauge is related to the pump oil, vacuum gauge, and gauge errors, and sometimes the errors can be very large, which can only be used as a reference.
5. If the relative humidity is high or the extracted gas contains a lot of condensable steam, after connecting the extracted container, it is advisable to open the gas damper and close it after running for 20-40 minutes. Before stopping the pump, the gas damper can be opened and operated without load for 30 minutes to extend the service life of the pump oil.
6.2XZ rotary vane vacuum pumpOil selection: The viscosity of the pump oil affects the starting power and the maximum vacuum of the pump. When the viscosity is high, it is beneficial for the vacuum degree, and the starting power is higher. The saturated vapor pressure of oil at pump temperature will affect the ultimate total pressure of the pump, the lower the better. The viscosity of high-speed vacuum pump oil and 3 # diffusion pump oil is higher than that of 1 # vacuum pump oil, and the saturated vapor pressure is lower than that of 1 # vacuum pump oil, but the price of 3 # diffusion pump oil is higher. The specific oil to choose can be selected based on the above introduction combined with specific usage requirements.
(1) In general, those who wish for a total pressure of 6X10-2High speed vacuum pump oil produced in Shanghai is used for applications above par. Small pumps with a flow rate of less than 4 liters per second can also be replaced by the No.1 vacuum oil pump, while direct pumps with a flow rate of more than 8 liters per second can be replaced by the No.3 diffusion pump.
(2) If the requirement for vacuum degree is not high and oil contamination is frequently replaced, and the supply of vacuum pump oil is difficult, 50 # mechanical oil can be used as a substitute.

2XZ rotary vane vacuum pumpMaintenance and upkeep:

1、 Attention:
1. Guarantee2XZ rotary vane vacuum pumpClean and prevent debris from entering the pump.
2. Maintain2XZ rotary vane vacuum pumpthe oil level.
3. When moisture or other volatile substances enter the pump and affect the ultimate vacuum, the gas damper can be opened to purify it. Observe the recovery of the ultimate vacuum for several hours. If it is ineffective, the pump oil should be replaced, and if necessary, it can be replaced again. Oil change method: Run the pump for about half an hour to make the oil thinner. Stop the pump and drain the oil from the drain hole. Then open the inlet and run for 10-20 seconds. During this time, slowly add a small amount of clean pump oil from the inlet to replace the oil in the pump chamber. If the oil coming out is very dirty, the latter can be repeated.
4.2XZ rotary vane vacuum pumpDo not mix with other oils with high saturated vapor pressure such as diesel and gasoline to avoid reducing the ultimate vacuum. When disassembling and cleaning the parts inside the pump, it is generally sufficient to wipe them with gauze. When metal debris, sand, mud, or other harmful substances must be cleaned, gasoline or other cleaning agents can be used to scrub and dry before assembly. Do not soak in gasoline.
If the pump needs to be disassembled for cleaning or maintenance, attention must be paid to the disassembly steps to avoid damaging the components.
II2XZ rotary vane vacuum pumpThe disassembly and assembly steps are briefly described as follows:
(1) Disassembly:
1. Drain the oil
2. Loosen the flange screw of the intake nozzle, pull out the intake nozzle, loosen the flange screw of the air damper, and pull out the air damper valve.
3. Remove the fuel tank.
4. Remove the opening pin of the check valve and disassemble the check valve impeller.
5. Remove the connecting screws between the support and the pump, disassemble the pump components, and decide whether to remove the motor based on convenience.
6. Loosen the pump cover screws, remove the pump cover, and pull out the two rotors and rotor blades. When removing the low-level rotor, first remove the split pin.
(2) The2XZ rotary vane vacuum pumpAssembly:
1. Wipe the parts clean with gauze to prevent backflow from blocking the oil hole, and clean them with cleaning solution and brush.
2. After installing the rotor blade into the rotor slot, install the advanced rotor into the stator or spring body, install the L advanced pump cover, pin, screw, key, and coupling, and rotate them by hand. There should be no leakage or obvious weight. When installing, the top surface of the stator should be facing downwards to use gravity to make the rotor close to the stator arc surface, with a gap of 0.08mm.
3. The assembly method for low-level rotors is the same as above.
4. Install the check valve impeller and other check parts, aligning the plane of the check valve head with the oil hole of the inlet nozzle. Rotate the rotor according to the working direction and gently block the impeller in reverse with your hand. The oil hole should be opened and closed at different times. Adjust the maximum opening height of the valve head plane to 0.8-1.2 millimeters. The specific position of the check valve seat and rubber check valve head in the valve stem hole can be moved to achieve this. Simple search method: Facing the impeller, place the Φ 3mm transmission pin in a right-handed horizontal position, and turn the impeller clockwise. At this time, the opening height of the check valve head plane is close to the maximum, which should be 0.8-1.2mm. The rotor stops at any position, and after releasing the hand from the impeller, the check valve head should automatically fall down to close the oil hole.
5. Install it2XZ rotary vane vacuum pumpParts such as exhaust valves and oil baffles in the department.
6. Install the pump, key, coupling, and motor onto the support.
7. Install the fuel tank.
8. Insert the intake nozzle, air damper valve, and tighten the flange.
Note:
Apply clean vacuum pump oil to the friction surface during assembly.
Remembering the original assembly position of the parts can reduce the running in time.
Fasteners should not be loose.

42XZ rotary vane vacuum pumpMalfunctions and their elimination methods

1. Low ultimate vacuum of 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump and its elimination
(1) The oil level is too low and there is a loud exhaust sound. Clean vacuum pump oil can be added.
(2) The pump oil is contaminated by condensable steam, and can be purified by opening the gas valve or replaced with new oil.
(3) The external pipelines, containers, testing instrument pipelines, joints, etc. of the 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump are leaking air. When there is a large leak, there is a loud exhaust sound and air is discharged from the exhaust port. The leaking part should be identified and eliminated.
(4) Improper assembly, damage or aging of the rubber seal diagram of the intake nozzle or gas damper valve should be adjusted or replaced.
(5) The oil inlet hole of the 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump is blocked. The oil inlet can be removed to clear the oil hole.
(6) The vacuum system is severely contaminated, including containers, pipelines, etc., and should be cleaned.
(7) The spring of the 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump is broken and should be replaced.
(8) If the rotor, pump body or pump cover is worn and the clearance is too large, it should be inspected, repaired or replaced.
(9) The pump temperature is too high, ventilation and cooling should be improved. If the temperature of the extracted gas is too high, it should be cooled first before entering the pump.
2. 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump fuel injection
(1) If the oil level is too high, excess oil can be added or removed.
(2) If there is pump oil or debris in the defogger, it should be removed.
3. Oil leakage of 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump
(1) Improper assembly of oil drain plug, fuel tank gasket or screw tightening;
(2) The oil label is not tightened, and the organic glass is overheated and deformed;
(3) The connecting gasket between the 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump body components and the support is not properly padded; Improper assembly or wear of oil seals; Should be adjusted or replaced.
4. Noise of 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump
(1) The spiral spring is broken, and the spring can be replaced.
(2) If there are burrs, dirt or deformations, and there are obstacles in operation, they should be inspected, polished and cleaned.
(3) Bearing wear and component wear. Should be repaired or replaced.
(4) The motor has a problem and should be inspected.
5. 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump return oil
(1) The check valve is not closed properly, and after stopping the pump, the oil level quickly drops. You can open and stop it again, observe the changes or disassemble it for inspection.
(2) Improper assembly or wear of the oil seals inside the two pump covers can be replaced.
(3) The pump cover or pump body surface is uneven and can be repaired.
(4) The exhaust valve plate is damaged and should be replaced.
Note: Check the maximum vacuum of the pump using a compression mercury vacuum gauge.

52XZ rotary vane vacuum pumpPrecautions for:

Direct connected vacuum pumps are strictly prohibited from operating without oil;
When the pump is running, it is strictly prohibited to block the exhaust port;
① The voltage used for the direct connected vacuum pump is 192-248V, and the 50Hz socket must be grounded;
② When unplugging the power supply, be sure to hold the plug and avoid pulling the power cord;
③ Do not place heavy objects on the power cord of the direct connected vacuum pump, and do not let the power cord be squeezed;
④ Do not use damaged plugs and sockets for direct connected vacuum pumps;
⑤ Do not plug or unplug the power plug of the direct connected vacuum pump with wet hands;
⑥ Do not plug or unplug the power plug or press the switch of the direct connected vacuum pump in areas with gas leakage.
