The entire equipment can be divided into four parts: heating evaporation chamber, heating jacket, gas-liquid separator, agitator, etc. On the basis of jacket heating, our factory has conducted multiple studies and designed internal heating, internal circulation heating, and evaporation crystallization pot. After user use, the evaporation effect is 1.8 times higher than that of external heating (jacket heating).
The equipment has contact parts with the product, all made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti. The heating evaporation chamber is like a cylindrical shell. For easy installation and maintenance, it is processed in two sections using materials of different thicknesses and connected with flanges. The back cover can be processed into a hemispherical, disc-shaped, or conical body, and the lower cylinder is equipped with a sight glass to observe the boiling condition of the solution, the height of mist entrainment, the concentration of the solution, the size and distribution of crystals, etc; The holes inside the pot are designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. A heating jacket is welded to the lower part of the pot, and its height is determined by calculating the required evaporation area.
At present, anchor mixers are commonly used for mixing, with a speed of 6-15 revolutions per minute. The mixing equipment is currently installed with a lower shaft, which can shorten the shaft length and facilitate installation and maintenance. |
