I. Overview

2、 Equipment structure

1. Appearance of the furnace body: The furnace shell and exterior are made of A3 steel, and the protective plate is electrostatically sprayed with plastic. The main colors are dark gray and beige, and the overall design is horizontal with a double-layer structure.

2. Furnace mouth design: equipped with a quick pressing device and silicone rubber sealing strip, making it easy to open and seal the furnace door; Equipped with a circulating water cooling device to protect the sealing strip from high temperature damage.

3. Insulation system: Adopting alumina ceramic fiber insulation structure, combined with nanofibers, can accelerate the heating rate, improve the insulation effect, achieve energy saving and consumption reduction, and prevent heat leakage.

4. Water cooling system: There are inlet and outlet ports at the furnace mouth, and a separate condensate discharge port is equipped to regularly discharge condensate and structural water generated by materials and gases.

5. Extraction system: Water circulation vacuum pump is used for extraction (the vacuum pump is provided by the customer).

6. Control system: The control cabinet is cabinet type and independently placed on the side of the furnace body; Equipped with a 30 segment programmable temperature controller, it can set different heating rates and holding times, and has automatic cooling function after sintering is completed.
