1Usage Overview:

It is particularly suitable for fast and efficient drying of heat sensitive, easily decomposable, easily oxidizable substances and complex components.
2. Advantages of vacuum drying technology:
2.1 The vacuum environment greatly reduces the boiling point of the liquid that needs to be expelled, so vacuum drying can be easily applied to thermosensitive substances.
2.2 Vacuum Drying OvenFor samples that are not easily dried, such as powder or granular samples, vacuum drying can effectively shorten the drying time.
2.3 Various complex mechanical components or other porous samples are cleaned and dried using vacuum drying method, leaving no participating substances after drying.
2.4 Safer use - completely eliminate the possibility of oxide explosion when exposed to heat under vacuum or inert conditions.
Compared with ordinary drying relying on air circulation, powdered samples will not be blown or moved by flowing air.
3. Product features:
3.1 Five sided heating method and laminated heating method, the heating element is located around the outer perimeter and rear wall of the box, and aluminum plate material with better thermal conductivity is added to ensure uniform temperature conduction inside the box.
3.2 Control display system, using a large LCD color screen, displaying temperature and setting temperature represented by different colors, allowing for clear observation of the actual operating status of the equipment.
3.3 The rectangular studio maximizes the effective volume and is equipped with multiple shelves, making it convenient for customers to adjust during experiments with different sample volumes.
3.4 Nitrogen inlet, the equipment comes standard with a nitrogen inlet. If an inert environment is required for the experimental sample, inert gas or other gases can be filled into the interior through the inlet.
The 3.5 spring door structure allows customers to better seal the box when closing and vacuuming, and the door can be opened without the need for strong pulling.
3.6 The studio is made of stainless steel plates, and the outer shell of the box is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates with electrostatic spraying on the surface.
