Overview
The Vaccubrand hybrid pump combines a two-stage rotary vane pump and a two-stage chemical diaphragm pump to achieve ideal corrosion resistance. Diaphragm pumps are used to maintain the vacuum inside the oil chamber, keeping the partial pressure of solvent vapor below their dew point, greatly reducing the condensation of oxidizing or corrosive gases.
