Overview

The VACUU.LAN vacuum network system can simultaneously use a vacuum pump to support several different applications, making it a cost-effective and space saving solution when multiple users in a laboratory require vacuum operation. It also avoids many drawbacks of central vacuum systems. Various application modules for each workbench can be upgraded subsequently. All components can be used for new laboratory furniture or installed in existing or renovated laboratories. All components have excellent chemical corrosion resistance and are equipped with check valves to ensure that adjacent applications do not cross contaminate or interfere with each other.

1. Install component A1
-The components are assembled from the front, and the main way to connect the vacuum tube is to expose the pipeline, making the vacuum network clearly visible and allowing users to have a clear view. Generally suitable for installation on existing furniture in the laboratory.

2. Install component A2
-The components are assembled from the back, and the main way to connect vacuum tubes is to hide the pipes inside laboratory furniture (such as wall panels).

3. Install component A3
-The components are embedded on the preset adapter, and the main way to connect the vacuum tube is to hide the pipeline inside the laboratory furniture (such as wall panels).

4. Install component A5
-The components are assembled from the front, and the main way to connect the vacuum tube is to hide the pipeline inside the laboratory furniture (such as wall panels).


Secondary choiceVacuum control components

1. Manual flow control component VCL01:
-Manual device controls vacuum switch and exhaust volume

2. Closed manual flow control component VCL02:
-The manual device controls the vacuum exhaust volume and is equipped with a spherical valve for quick opening and closing to maintain the preset exhaust volume.

3. Automatic control component VCL10:
-Install electronic isolation valves and cooperate with CVC2 vacuum controllers to automatically control the vacuum.

4. Manual flow control and automatic control component VCL11:
-The manual device controls the exhaust volume, and the electronic isolation valve device controls the vacuum. Manual flow control components are suitable for small amounts of exhaust or solvents with high volatility.

5. Close component VCLK:
-Install a spherical valve as a rapid vacuum switch

6. Manual flow control component VCLAR:
-The manual device suitable for detoxification cabinets controls the vacuum switch and exhaust volume. The controller is installed outside the cabinet, and the vacuum port is installed inside the cabinet.

7. Automatic control component VCLAE:
-The automatic device for detoxification cabinet controls the vacuum, which is installed outside the cabinet and the vacuum port is installed inside the cabinet. To integrate with the CVC2 vacuum controller, another vacuum port will be added inside the cabinet for vacuum measurement.


8. Manual flow control and vacuum pressure gauge control component VCLRKM:
-The manual device controls the vacuum exhaust volume, equipped with a spherical valve for quick opening and closing, and a pointer type vacuum pressure gauge is added to measure the vacuum.
