Precautions for operation:
1. Users should not easily press the "reset" button during continuous measurement, otherwise all data from the button will be lost. If you have an impact coefficient at hand, you can re-enter it.
2. It is necessary to carefully prepare the photoelectric signs and observe the accuracy of the machine speed. This is an important guarantee for the instrument to conduct dynamic balance testing.
There are multiple reasons that can cause significant machine vibration. Only when the amplitude of the same frequency accounts for a larger component of the total amplitude, can dynamic balancing be used to reduce vibration. On the contrary, it cannot achieve the desired effect.
In the dynamic balance weighing method, it is necessary to add the known weight to the known position of the measured surface, and pay attention to the changes in the amplitude and phase of the vibration after weighting and the original amplitude and phase of the vibration. If the data changes are not significant, the vibration reduction effect after calculation and processing will not be significant in the future. If the amplitude change is not significant, the weight of the test should be increased. If the phase change is not significant, the position of the trial weight should be moved again.
5. When balancing a rotor for the first time, the trial weight method must be used. After obtaining the influence coefficient through the trial weight method, the influence coefficient method can be used for balancing rotors of the same type, which is relatively simple to operate.
6. This instrument can be powered by AC 220V or by the built-in 12V battery. Generally, it is required to use AC 220V charging and 12V battery power supply, so that the internal noise of the machine is relatively low. Please note that when the battery voltage is below 10V, timely charging is required. Otherwise, it will affect the lifespan of the battery.
