The above two types of non methane total hydrocarbon online analyzers. The P5100-NMHC1 analyzer adopts the direct measurement method. Provide direct measurement of the concentrations of methane and non methane components without the need for any calculations or conversions. The method equipped with this model can eliminate the interference of oxygen in the air and accurately measure the low content of non methane total hydrocarbons, while avoiding the accuracy problems that may arise from traditional subtraction methods.
The P5100-NMHC2 analyzer uses traditional subtraction method. This model of analyzer uses hydrocarbon free air as the carrier gas to measure the total hydrocarbon and methane values, and then subtract the difference to obtain the non methane total hydrocarbon value calculated as methane (or other components). All analysis and calculations are automatically completed by ProChrom software.

Asicotech's P5100-VOC is a true full component analyzer in the market. With just one host, users can simultaneously analyze all components of C2-C12+volatile organic compounds, such as the 56 components specified by PAMS or all components specified by TO-18, TO-17, TO-15, and TO-14. And all similar instruments from other manufacturers must use at least two instruments to test C2-C6 and C6-C12+respectively. This is mainly due to Xuan Yi's full range SEPC electronic pressure and flow control system, compact low-temperature adsorption technology, and low heat capacity chromatographic column heating system.
Typically, a full component analyzer includes an online adsorption/desorption instrument, dual capillary chromatography columns, dual FID detectors, and a valve injection system.
