1、 Product Introduction
Our company's independently developed TK-1200VOC online monitoring system for exhaust gas pollution sources, multi industry monitoring of VOCsAdopting advanced full process high-temperature heat tracing pretreatment, gas chromatography technology (GC), and hydrogen ion flame detection method (FID), this series of online gas chromatography analyzers is mainly used for real-time monitoring of organic matter emissions from various industrial pollution sources. The new technology is adopted, with stable and reliable performance, high degree of automation, wide detection range, and can measure multiple parameters such as VOCS, total hydrocarbons (THC), methane (CH4), non methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC), etc. The concentration and emission rate of VOCs are continuously and real-time tracked and monitored, and all monitoring parameters are transmitted to industrial computer software and user DCS system. It can communicate with the data system of the environmental protection department through data acquisition instrument. The system equipment is placed in the analysis cabin, which is easy to operate and maintain. It has functions such as real-time transmission of on-site data and remote fault diagnosis, achieving unmanned operation of the work site.
