Our 850 four axis machining center is mostly in the form of a fixed column, with a Z-axis stroke generally 100mm longer than the standard stroke. The worktable is rectangular, and the imported brand linear rollers are used for the guide rail, which has the advantages of high load, high rigidity, and high precision. The overall structure and external dimensions of the machine are compact and reasonable. The spindle uses a servo motor with increased power and is driven by a synchronous belt to meet customers' high-speed and high-precision machining requirements. It is also suitable for strong cutting and heavy cutting. It can achieve one-time clamping of various complex parts such as disks, plates, shells, camshafts, molds, etc., while completing various processes such as drilling, milling, boring, expanding, reaming, and rigid tapping. It is suitable for the production of multiple varieties and small to medium batch products, greatly improving processing efficiency. The 850 four axis machining center is a CNC rotary table with a horizontal axis (also known as the fourth rotation axis) installed on the worktable for machining spiral lines. The fourth axis device meets the machining requirements of customers for special parts.
