VICKERS vane pump type in the United States
1. Vickers vane pump is a type of hydraulic oil pump. The vane pump has higher wear resistance and wear resistance than ordinary vane pumps, and has good concentricity. If the concentricity is not good, it is easy to cause damage to the pump and motor, and may also cause shaft fracture. At the same time, it will produce a lot of noise, increase vibration, and generate less pressure. The blade pump is specifically designed to improve and innovate on such deficiencies, making the concentricity of the coupling uniform and flexible.
Below is an introduction to the troubleshooting methods for VICKERS V-series vane pumps:
(1) Check the plunger for scratches and rust, and replace it with a new one if necessary.
(2) Check the fit of the plunger pair. Insert the plunger end into the plunger sleeve and tilt it about 60 °. If the plunger can slowly slide down under its own action, it is considered a good fit.
(3) Check the sealing of the plunger pair. Grasp the plunger sleeve with your hand and block the oil inlet at the top and side of the plunger with two fingers. Pull out the plunger with the other hand and feel a strong suction force. Release the plunger and immediately retract it to its original position, indicating that the plunger pair is well sealed. Otherwise, the plunger pair should be replaced.
(4) Check whether the pressure reducing ring of the oil outlet valve is worn, has steps or scratches, and replace it if necessary.
(5) Check the fit of the oil outlet valve pair. Block the lower hole of the oil outlet valve with your finger, and gently press the oil outlet valve downwards with another finger. When the finger leaves the upper end of the oil outlet valve, it can automatically bounce back to its original position, indicating that the oil outlet valve pair is well sealed. Otherwise, the oil outlet valve pair should be replaced.
(6) Check the pillar body. The standard clearance between the fuel injection pump body and the plunger body is 0-0.03mm. If it exceeds 0.2mm, the parts should be replaced.
(7) Check the gap between the plunger flange and the groove of the control sleeve, which should be 0.02-0.08mm. If it exceeds 0.12mm, the control sleeve must be replaced
VICKERS twin pumps provide a power source that can supply two separate hydraulic circuits, or provide greater flow by combining the output flow of the two sections. In both applications, both pumps are located inside the pump body. The result is more compact, easy to install, and can be driven through a coupling.
The flow rate of the shaft end pump of VICKERS V2010 twin pump is 6 to 13 USgpm, and the flow rate of the end cap end pump is 1 to 7 USgpm. The flow rate of V2020 dual pump is 6 to 13 USgpm, and the flow rate of end cap end pump is 6 to 11 USgpm.
All pump models are designed to use oil or synthetic flame retardant liquids.
The rotation of the shaft is clockwise or counterclockwise, but the direction of rotation can be changed by altering the assembly of internal components.
SAE 2 bolt installation flange is the standard form, while tripod installation is an option. Many motor manufacturers can provide leak proof or fully enclosed air-cooled motors with end bell covers, and pumps can be installed on the bell covers.
VICKERS sub mother blade pump features: The structural design of the sub mother blades reduces the impact of the blades on the stator, resulting in more stable performance and longer lifespan at higher working pressures and speeds. 2. The structure of the mother and child leaves itself has the characteristic of low noise. The design of 12 blades has minimal flow pulsation and lower noise. 3. Multiple displacement options. And the plug-in structure of the pump core makes it more flexible for users to use and easier to maintain.
Vickers dual blade pump single action: The blades are embedded in the groove and can slide freely. When rotation occurs, the blades are thrown onto the pump casing under centrifugal action. The blade pump is a positive displacement pump. When adjacent two blades move to the lower side, the volume enclosed with the pump casing and rotor is the smallest, and when they move to the upper side, the volume is the largest. When the rotor rotates clockwise, the adjacent two blades go through the process of increasing volume from the lower side to the upper side, so oil suction (from the fourth quadrant to the second quadrant); From Zui to Zui The following is the process of volume reduction, so the pressure oil (dual action from the second to the fourth quadrant: when the motor drives the rotor to rotate, the blades protrude outward under the dual action of centrifugal force and pressure oil at the bottom of the blades, and their top is tightly attached to the inner surface of the stator. The four blades on the four concentric arcs form four sealed working oil chambers with the outer surface of the rotor, the inner surface of the stator, and the two distribution plates. These oil chambers change from small to large or from large to small as the rotor rotates, and can be sucked in or pressed out of the oil through the suction window (connected to the suction port) or discharge window (connected to the discharge port) of the distribution plate during each rotation of the rotor. Each working oil chamber completes two oil suction and pressure operations, hence it is called a double acting vane pump. Due to the symmetrical relationship between the high and low pressure chambers, Axis force balance, for unloading type. Double blade pump is composed of two single-stage blade pumps installed in a pump body in parallel on the oil circuit. The rotors of two vane pumps are driven to rotate by the same drive shaft and have independent oil outlets. The two pumps can have equal or unequal flow rates. Double blade pumps are commonly used in machine tools with fast feed and working feed requirements. In this case, the double blade pump consists of a small flow rate and a large flow rate pump. When the feed is fast, both pumps supply oil at the same time (at a lower pressure). When the feed is working, the small flow pump supplies oil (at a higher pressure), while unloading the large flow pump in the oil system. Compared with using a high-pressure and large flow pump, this can save energy and reduce oil heating. This type of dual blade pump is also commonly used in machine tool hydraulic systems that require two independent oil circuits that do not affect each other.
